WHAT DO I NEED ​TO GO FISHING?

We've got all the tackle and gear you'll need.

WHAT KIND OF FISH WILL I CATCH?

We target a number of different species depending on weather, season, biological indicators, the rhythms of nature, and your interest. The species we fish for include:

• Bass (largemouth, smallmouth, white bass, stripped bass, shoal bass)

• Crappy

• Trout (brown and rainbow. Found in the river.)

• Bluegill

• Pike

• Walleye

• Catfish

• On occasion, some others (garr, jack fish, etc.)

CAN I DRINK ON THE BOAT?

Yes, so long as you are of legal drinking age and do not get excessively drunk. If the captain judges that you are too intoxicated to be safe on the boat, we will take you back to the boat ramp and the trip will be ended with no refund.

WHAT IF I'VE NEVER LEARNED TO FISH...?

No matter your experience or skill, Captain Rick will teach you what you need to know to try your luck at fishing.

WHAT HAPPENS IN INCLEMENT WEATHER?

If there come a bit of rain, we'll keep fishin'. 
​But at the first sign of lightening or thunder, 
​we head for the boat ramp. 
​In case of inclement weather, we can either wait out the storm, 
​or we can reschedule for another day. 

​After you book a fishing trip and the date is confirmed, 
​we will contact you the night before your trip to 
​confirm that the weather is good enough for us to fish. 
​Otherwise we will reschedule.
